Any free tools to easily view/set Field Audit Trail retention periods?

Once upon a time there were free tools available in the AppExchange but no longer.

Does Salesforce have any plans to provide a UI to configure Field Audit Trail retention settings?

I've had luck with http://getjetstream.app/ lately, I haven't used it for retention periods yet, but other settings have worked flawlessy.
