Help! as this issue is happening to more than one ESP with different triggers: People do the trigger but go down the wrong path. two examples:

  1. Based on a specific click in email, person does not follow "yes" and end program so they continue to receive more emails: ESP screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/2f1ogLTVthg0 Pardot Activity Log: https://www.screencast.com/t/WXZ2YQaOtl
  2. Based on completing a form on landing page (tracking LP), person doesn't follow "yes" and end so gets more emails: https://www.screencast.com/t/eW9igXMElBh

If you pause an ESP to add a new list, can that cause this issue? It is the only change that was made, and the first group was correct, the next was not.

Hi @Sherry Harlass, I would suggest putting a wait up to rule on the a trigger that listens for the Clicks. I find I get more accurate results if I have a "wait up to" on any link based trigger. Without adding in a wait up to time it's like the contact just races past the trigger without giving it time to think about it.
