i am preparing for the pardot consultant exam, i have one question added with a file. Can anyone explain me with the answer. In that question the blog says the answer is D but i choose A. beacuse there is no action for dynamic list. only criteria for dynamic list. please explain the answer

The answer is D because of the statement in the scenario of "wants to automate the process with an engagement studio". D describes how to get people into the engagement studio with a dynamic list and "add action" refers to a step in the engagement studio. You really have to read the questions carefully, a lot of them are like this. There's "technically" more than one way to do it but the scenario rules out the second method.
