Hi there, My company uses multiple business units. I am looking for articles and training on best practice when it comes to managing the data. Does any one have links to some really good articles? We synchronise data at the top level, and then automate the distribution of the using automation. The question in my mind is; "It works, but are we doing the best way?"

You have to check Record Locking, ownership skew, lookup skew and data skew. There is no doc available as far as I know.
