Has anyone else noticed that when you've used Data Loader to export the EmailMessages object that some of the emails "expand" and take up multiple rows on the CSV output instead of displaying within a single row in the file? Trying to figure out why this happens and how to make it not do that so that I can insert them into our new Salesforce org.
Here is how they "should" look so that we can swap out the Parent ID to insert them in the new org.
Here is what happens on several of the records that make it into the CSV file. Note how they don't have the values in the right columns...instead it is like the email gets expanded and spans across several rows and can't be inserted into the new org.
Hi @Karla Goodman I am encountering the same issue. there are 50k emailmessages in org. but when I export I am getting more than 5 lakh rows and every data is getting messed up. please tell me the solution for a perfect export
