I saw that Salesforce there is the possibility to send emails to a group of people/list of people.
When is better to use Pardot to send emails and when is better Salesforce? What's the best practice?

Lightning Email Templates do allow personalization of list emails. But all the notes already given do a good job of the pros and cons. Bottom line: Salesforce List email is not a marketing tool.
