I'm working with a new org. I've implemented better duplicate/matching rules for incoming records. However, there were already a lot of duplicates in their system.
I know how to use custom reports on record sets to find any duplicates created since the new rules were implemented, but I do not know how to report on duplicates that were in there prior to the new rules. Even something as simple as exactly matching Account Names. The freeware versions of Apps I've found at the exchange are too limited, and I'm trying to avoid having to throw more money at this if it can be done natively.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
