A chart has been created in one of our dashboards however the percentage doesn't look good and has a wired symbol next to it. Any thoughts?

I was able to replicate this with a very small Amount and a relatively much larger Segment Range on a Gauge Chart. It seems what that indicates is a percentage too small to be readily displayed. (Like 2.9x10^-8) When I set my Segment Ranges to smaller numbers (like 100, for an Amount of $0.01) I get the expected 0%
