I'm the the final step of this trail and I am getting this error
Step not yet complete in Admin essentials
Could not find the product support case for 'Sean Forbes' and 'Edge Communications' with the specified settings.
I have redone the steps several times, but still no luck. Any tips on what have not been set up correctly?
