Create Process Builder Opportunity

I need some help using process builder to create a new opportunity once a related object (deliverable) has closed out. 

I.E.: My current opportunity is expected to close on 1/1/2022, however, the related deliverable has a due date of 12/31/2022. Once I close out the due date by entering the CLOSED DATE field on the deliverable object I need a whole new opportunity record created matching the current/previous years.
