I have set up Article Answers, mapped the fields, turned on in Bot settings, and connected the bot to 1 data category segment. But it is returning articles from multiple data categories. The only reason I need to use this feature is to filter knowledge articles based on Data Categories (I know I will need a dedicated bot per data category) Is there something I'm missing?
