Currently we're using Oracle CSCM Service cloud (ServiceNow). All customer reps have access to Oracle service cloud. In future we will migrate Oracle service cloud into Salesforce service cloud.

We've started Salesforce service cloud for internal case management and want to use Oracle service cloud user/password to authenticate user in salesforce

How could we do that?

Do we need to create external auth provider (oracle service cloud) and use that for SSO?

Thanks,

    Thanks Mehdi/David.

So if system supports Oauth doesn't mean it can be used as Identity Provider.

     Thanks for the clarification
