I have this ( new) problem with the engagement studio stream. I am using it to send out our newsletter. For some reason after this split that checks the prospect fields, the emails don't seem to be sent. I don't really understand why. Could someone help me out, please?

I did check the suppression list. In step email (8), all of them got sent.
The issue is in step email (9), the number is super low and it is def. not due to the waiting period, it has been going for a while now, I also thought it was that at the beginning.
So I have no idea what the problem is. I also checked the prospect list and made sure no one was unmailable.
