I have a new scheduling policy, and I am trying to utilize the 'Minimize Travel' service objective. However when I try to use the  'candidates' button in FSL, the distance from the Service Resources and Service Appointment doesn't seem to be affecting the weighting of my options.

 

When I use the 'Skill Level' service objective however, followed by the 'candidates ' button. The Weighting appears to be working as expected.

 

Is there something small I could be missing? On the FSL map I can see the Service Resources, and the Service Appointment I am testing with, so I do not believe geocoding is the issue.

    This thread helped me resolve a similar issue!  I had Resource Availability work rule included in my scheduling policy, but in my org the fixed gap setting was on.  I just needed to turn that off...
