I had replaced a few picklist values and now it looks like not all the picklist values are displayed. Only 3 are displayed on some records and 4 on some other records. Is this bound to happen when you replace picklist values? Whereas there are 7 active values.

Hi Joy,
In Setup, navigate to the Record Type settings for the object/record. At the bottom of the screen you'll see "Picklists available for editing." Edit the picklist in question and make sure the value you want is on the right hand side.
