We are currently using google sheets to run a scoring system for a STEM competition where we have judges enter in scores for teams into the google sheets via an iPad.
We are wanting to use Salesforce for this instead. Wanting to know how we should build it to have either an app or a website that has a form or ability to enter the scores for each team.
Any help to point us in the right direction would be appreciated

@Brandon Van Galder That is what the google sheet looks like that the judges would enter the scores into, there are a number of these sheets for the different areas of judging and we then have a sheet that pulls in the totals from these sheets and calculates the total points for each team and award a winner etc
