Hello,
I have created an Email-to-Case address and verified it.
When creating an Email Alert, I would like to set the 'From' email address to this email address. But it does not appear as an option.
Enable Email to Case check box is checked.
I have also added the same email address as an Organization Wide Address. #Service Cloud
