As of our new Fiscal Year (Oct 1), our Maintenance Plans have all been unsuccessful creating Work Orders. Debug log isn't providing any hints, and our MP's all have this posted in their chatter:
Your MP-100103 maintenance plan has generated 0 of 0 work orders, 0 of 0 work order line items, and 0 of 0 service appointments. Items weren't generated because of this configuration error: Some field values on your Maintenance Plan are too high. Enter a Generation Horizon (Days) of 365 or less, and a Generation Timeframe of 20 years or less.
(Our Generation Horizon is left blank, although I've tried 1, 5, 120, 365, and our Generation Timeframe is set to 60 days)
I can successfully create a WO from the MP Related list by clicking new, but it's not auto generating...
Any ideas? (Thanks in advance)
