Hi community,  I currently own a Sandbox environment, and I need to refresh it. But I have several questions.   1) If I refresh it, I lose the objects, Process builder among others that I have in sandbox that I never get to deploy to production?  2) Is there any video tutorial on how to refresh the sandbox?  Since it is my first time that I will do it.  I remain attentive and thank you very much for all the collaboration.   #Trailhead Challenges

    Hi Ricardo,

    1) If I refresh it, I lose the objects, Process builder among others that I have in sandbox that I never get to deploy to production?

:---- Yes , you might loose metadata configs that are not yet in production. When you refresh a sandbox it is always refreshed from the sandbox it was created . So if you created it from a production , it will refresh from the current production instance.

    2) Is there any video tutorial on how to refresh the sandbox?  Since it is my first time that I will do it.

:---   A sandbox refresh can only be triggered from its production instance. you can goto Setup-> Sandboxes -> Select the sandbox name you want to refresh.

Note: You will get a refresh button beside the sandbox name when you are in the sandboxes settings.

Every sandbox type has a refresh interval , So you will have to check your sandbox type when is the next refresh available as per the last created /refreshed date.
