How to group record that are not unique in the Report? For example: 10 opportunities with AccountName with the word Gold and 3 with the word Silver, when I grouped the report shows 1 Gold and 1 Silver. I would like that it shows 10 Gold and 3 Silver.

Try adding the Account Name under z015_Gerente & see if that gives you what you're looking for? That will group first by the z015_Gerente field & then show the total number of Opportunities for each account.
