We want to clean all of our objects and I wanted to see if there were any resources for viewing automation
#Sales Cloud #AppExchange, flow, etc for objects. Im looking for something that would be easier than me going manually to the object manager or process builder to look through them.

FieldTrip can be used for object review and field cleanup.
Try Salesforce inspector for the other requirement.
