    Hi Negel, 

     

    It sounds like you're using Person Accounts, so how is this email address being updated? Is an internal user going to the Person Account record and making the update, or is the customer making the update on their own, and if so, how is that being done. 

     

    Also, if a user changes their email, do you have a separate process that updates the Previous Email field?
