I am trying to pull a value from a custom field on the account object into any contacts associated with a given account. Because we don't use "Account Owner" in our organization, we have a custom picklist field called "Account Responsibility." I'd like to pull this through to all associated contacts as a default value. However, I'd like to be able to modify this as the salesperson responsible for a specific contact will not always be the same as the salesperson responsible for the account. I've included a screenshot which shows the error I'm receiving. Any help would be much appreciated!
