I am attempting to create a template to use for Extended Mail Merge which uses a Nonprofit Starter Pack field on Contacts (Donors) called Total Gifts This Year. Its machine name is npo02__TotalOppAmount__c. I have added it in, as per the documentation, as "<<Contact_npo02__OppAmountThisYear»". However, this field does not get populated, even though the records have data for it. I have saved the Word doc in the old .doc format, am running the Extended Mail Merge on Firefox, and am using Salesforce as a System Administrator, so I have full field access. Other fields, like "<<Contact_FirstName>>" are exporting properly.
Does anyone know why this field might not be showing up, and what I could do to make it appear?
