Hi Formula whizzes!

Here is my situation:

We send out a magazine. Contacts are subscribed.

We have a 3 issues a year: Spring, Summer, Fall/Winter

We have a subscription start date.

I'd like to build a formula (OR ANOTHER SOLUTION??) so that we can count how many issues a contact has received based on Subscription date.

It doesn't have to be perfect so i was thinking of just saying that Spring is 3/1/____, Summer issue is 7/1/___, Fall/Winter is 12/1/____.

Is this doable? Should i be thinking of a different solution than a formula?

Having a heck of a time wrapping my head around this.

Should I Just download into excel when i need the solutions to this and group by Start Date?

I just realized a super simple solution - not exactly what i wanted but totally fine!

group all records by Start Date FQ in a basic report.

    Duh! =)
