I’m currently working with Nonprofit Cloud Case Management and am trying to add some custom fields to the Intake record page layout. Since every section under Client Information is just the related contact, I’m able to get custom Contact fields to show up there via Contact Actions. But it’s not clear how to add custom Intake fields. The documentation states that you can add Intake fields (whether custom fields or not is not clear) through page layout, but where? The Information section in the Intake page layout appears to correspond to nothing in the visible page layout, and adding new sections to the page layout via Setup or the Lightning App Builder fails. Adding custom fields to the “Intake Result” section also fails. About the only thing I seem to be able to do is add or remove the pre-existing Description field to the Intake Result section. What am I missing?

    Since it is dealing with the case object, try this.

    In the setup select service set up.

    Locate Case object (object manager).

    Click on Case and then on Case Layout.

    Drag and drop the field you are interested in and save.
