Hello Everyone
One of our customers has following issue: roll-ups like Total Gifts or Total Gifts Last N Days on some contact records are being populated even though a contact / account is not linked to any donations.
Scenario:
1. Contact Jim and Jim household account - none of them has any related opportunities,
2. Jim is linked to other - organisational account as a Primary Contact and his contact record gets hard credits for (SOME! not even all) organisational account opportunities even though the primary contact on all of these opportunities is blank.
3. Customisable rollups are enabled.
4. Always Rollup to Primary Contact Role is disabled in NPSP settings.
I have wiped the data from the fields and run a batch job but they got populated again. I don't understand why these fields are populated. Can you advise please? Thanks!
