How to ad new donation subscriptions to an existing org

At the moment we use 4 donation licenses Salesforce Enterprise. Before our renewal date we asked our AE to add 6 more donation license so that we could make 10 donation licenses active in our ORG. To apply for the donated licenses, I was send to the link http://powerofus.salesforcefoundation.org/powerofusapply

but that link can only be used for customers with a trial license and doesn’t work for customers with an existing license.

Several times in the last month I mailed our AE about this application but she didn’t reply me anymore. Please tell us how to solve this problem now.
