I had one of my users start working through the NPSP Workbook as a little training to help her understand SFDC. She got held up when it had her start to create an Organization account. The workbook has you clicks the button for New Account on the Accounts tab, which then gives you the option to choose between a Household and an Organization. But for her, it didn't give that screen. It goes straight to the new account edit page and there are many more options for record types. On my login it works exactly as it should. Anyone?
