I am a pretty new Admin, work for a nonprofit, using NPSP with donations as opportunities and with households as accounts. We need a report that shows the # of donors (don't want to list names, just # of donors) who are at various $-$$ ranges over the past 5 years. I know how to create buckets for the ranges, but not sure which report type I need (thinking contacts w/donations & households?) and if it needs to be a joined format to show across 5 years in a way that makes sense? Thanks for any tips!

@Susanna Rodriguez - I would use an opportunity report as it will give you the option to bucket by year. I would also recommend the "power of one" formula on the account so that you can get a unique count of donors account per year https://www.adminhero.com/power-of-one-the-most-brilliant-analytics-trick-of-all-time/ .
You can then use a report chart (maybe a staked bar chart) to show the sum of account power of one count per $ bucket per year (which would be the x axis).
