Who's got experience w/ cloud integration tools (Informatica, Jitterbit, etc.)? Looking for the best system for a NPO to handle two-way sync between SF and another app that has a REST API. Already talking to Jitterbit, what else should we be reviewing? Thanks

Not sure if we had the NPO discount (though I can't see why we wouldn't have)... I do remember that they charge per connection, and having 2 data connections (i.e. Salesforce and the data source that was feeding into Salesforce) was costing in the neighborhood of $10k/year.
