Thank you for all the helpful videos and suggestions! @Tal Frankfurt Our org gives small grants to arts education programs in Oakland schools. Potential grantees are able to apply for funding once a year, in spring. They simply need to fill out our application form and e-mail or mail necessary attachments. We currently use Google Forms. Ideally, we'd like to switch to something that would keep all the parts of the application together. With Google Forms, there isn't an option to attach the forms to the application, so attachments are always sent separately, creating the potential for them to be lost or misplaced.
