Is there an app such as AddThis that will allow us to add a quick sign up form on our web and feed that to Salesforce?

We have a newsletter sign up form on our website, but would like to add something that would be a "popup" type experience to let people quickly signup for our newsletter and still feed back into Salesforce. I am not seeing anything like that in the App Exchange. Would Zapier allow us to do something like that?
