This is more of a performance nitpick than anything, but while I can tab through data entry, on every picklist I am forced to switch to mouse to select options, rather than tapping typical the arrow keys or typing the first couple letters of my option. It's obviously not a deal breaker of a problem, but it rankles and I can't help but think there's something I'm missing.

I found that my forms were using an older format of both the Page Layout and the Account Designation. I couldn't switch to the new format until I had every role no longer using the deprecated account designation. The old designation used to be the default for household accounts in NPSP, but all of the old accounts were already switching to the new one. Unfortunately, one role still had it set as the default, which NPSP would then update to the new designation so there were no accounts -technically- using the old one, but it would pass through that account designation first. Once I removed all the defaults linking to the old one, I deactivated it and tested that I hadn't broken anything. I guessed wrong the first time and deactivated the new one first, but I reactivated it and switched the roles back to it, then deactivated it again. Once that was done, I could switch to the new page layout, and I wasn't trying to fix the other problem, but it happened.
