Hi everyone! When using Tasks, is there a way to block some of the Users that appear in the lookup that should not ever have a Task assigned to them? I can see where I can add a validation rule to the field but I would prefer they did not even appear as a User there. Any suggestions?

Because it is a standard field you cannot control what records appear like other lookup fields.
So you are left with validation rule, help text, and training.
