I created an Account lightning rec pg. Select Edit pg > select Details component > select Tab (on Rt side) > select Add > search for Related > Select related > Select Done. The pg is activated > but I select Activate anyways > Select SAVE > Select BACK.
None of the Tabs I add are ever saved. Is there something I'm missing? I'm hoping it's oversight on my end. Thoughts?

Well... it was me (go figure). I needed to add the related (tab). And then I needed to add the 'Related Lists' Component (from the LT side and NOT the 'Related List' component. Working now.
Would it be weird if I selected this as the best answer :-)
