New to flows. Does anyone have a simple tutorial to loops through records and collects records then updates a field, Please?

Question

We mass update SIS records and we have a duplicate process in place that flags all records with a custom field "Interaction Status" EQUALS "Audit Required". I want to collect any records where the (Interaction: Audit Reason CONTAINS duplicate) AND (Interaction: Interaction Source EQUALS Student Information System). The Updates  "Interaction Status" EQUALS "New". I like learning how to do these things on my own but I'm a visual person and I can't find an example that is similar to my use case
