Over the years, the use of the phrase “360-degree view of constituents” has far outpaced the number of organizations actually achieving it. This new paper from my colleagues at Jackson River delves into eight nonprofits and their lessons learned along the way toward using Salesforce as a unified CRM. It’s really good reading for organizations aspiring to the “360-degree view” as well as for the vendors and partners trying to help them get there.
