In my life as a volunteer and activist, I've noticed time and time again that progressive groups have a missing link when it comes to data. Even groups that aren't using a CRM have to manage email lists, RSVPs, and donors, usually in a way that's time consuming and cringe worthy. Sometimes that leads to *shock* *horror* RE-TYPING spreadsheets because no one in their network knows how to use features like the VLOOKUP function, concatenating strings, or delimiters. So I'm writing about those features and more (!)... topics like mail merge, charts & data viz, and other cool stuff! (Hopefully some SFDO content down the line, too). Oh, and lots of puns! Can't forget about the puns.
