Two workshops coming up in October: Fundraising on Oct 13 & Healthy Org on Oct 27

We asked you all for feedback on the types of engagements you’d like to see more of in the Hub (on this poll HERE) and there was a desire for more hands on trainings... so here you go!

1) Fundraising in NPSP Workshop - October 13

In this 2-hour session, we’ll review how the Nonprofit Success Pack can make your fundraising teams more efficient and effective. We’ll review how to define a digital fundraising strategy, managing fundraising processes in NPSP, and reports that help you measure success.

2) Healthy Org Workshop - October 27

In this 2-hour session, we’ll review ways you can optimize Salesforce, improve data quality and be more efficient. We’ll review tools for proactive data maintenance, process automation, and best practices for a clean and healthy org.

• About: Just like your annual check-up, it’s important to monitor the inner workings of your Salesforce org. As we approach the end of the year, it’s a great time to review best practices and discover new ways to keep your org’s health in tip-top shape. In this two hour session, we’ll review how to:
  • Decode your org’s Salesforce Optimizer Report
  • Improve data quality with tools for proactive data maintenance
  • Automate repetitive, time-consuming processes
  • Leverage the Pro Bono Program for additional project support
