We had help setting up development reports. I have modified some of them and want to change the name. It would not let me save as and just delete the old one.

If it's a simple report you've created click Edit on the report. Next *(you should be in the Report Builder), click the button that says Report Properties. You should be able to edit the report's name directly in there.
