
We started a new blog series called "The Healthy CRM" to provide tips on staying organized within your CRM and organization in 2017 (and hopefully beyond).
I'm excited to post our first in the series on documenting business processes. This is one of those things the small businesses and nonprofits I work with struggle to keep consistent. And it's something that makes me love Salesforce, as the platform makes it easy to get and stay organized.
