I am able to create donations in SF from Zapier. They are being pushed in real time from my gateway but I can't add a campaign to the opportunity because in order to lookup the campaign, it needs the Campaign ID. The Campaign ID doesn't exist in my gateway, only the Campaign Name. Is there no way to lookup a Campaign by it's name? It seams like there has to be a way. When I upload using the NPSP data import tool, I only have the Name of the campaign in the spreadsheet. Is there something NPSP it is doing with it's special upload fields that is allowing it to lookup the Campaign by it's name? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

No, you'll need to create a custom field in the Opportunity for the campaign name. This will be populated by your zap, then use your process builder + flow to lookup the campaign based on that name.
