I'm trying to import contacts using the NPSP template, that has members from same family too. For such members, as mentioned in the Data Import Documentation, I'm using the exact Contact1 First Name and Contact1 Last Name and importing other family members in Contact2 First and Contact2 Last Name.
Then there are other regular members too.
However, for all the contacts, when I finally import them into the Contacts object, they are found not to be under any Household account. That object is just blank.
What could be the issue?
@Hardik Nagar the NPSP Import tool creates Contacts and Accounts (with the Household Record type), not Household Object records. That object is a custom object comes with the NPSP, but is only used with older account models. Click on the Accounts tab and you should see new Accounts for the imported data. If not, please take some screenshots and I can help further.
