When we have multiple people associated with an organization, only some of them are showing up as Affiliated Contacts in the Organizational view. Any idea why this is?

@Ellie McCutcheon - A few things I recommend checking:
1) Are all of the contacts connected to the organization using the "Affiliations" object?
2) Do all of these contacts have an account populated in the Account reference field? If there is not an account, then the contacts are considered "private". (here is a great Success Community post on this topic:

3) Are there any security settings that would limit users from being able to see these contacts?
