I have a custom object that should be included in an App, but the object is not available under Navigation items. Is this because the Launch Custom Tab Wizard was not checked during object creation? Is there a way to check if that was checked or not? If that is the reason the tab is not available is there a work around or do I need to recreate the object?

I recreated the object checking the box to Launch Custom Tab Wizard and that made the tab visible and available to be selected for the App, so problem solved. Still curious if there is a workaround to be able to create tabs after the object is created.
