I am installing NPSP V3 into an org that didn't have NPSP before, but is a live and active org. I tested in Sandbox and successfully loaded and configured NPSP.
In Production, the installer fails on Account Record Types with the error message "File is not a zip file". I don't know what this is a reference to our how to resolve this error. Can anyone help?

Hmmm.... that is a strange one. Maybe @Jason Lantz has some ideas, but in the meantime... just go ahead and create the Organization and Household Account record types manually. Note: the developer name/name on the Household Account record type should be HH_Account. Then run the installer again and it should hopefully skip over trying to do that part and move right to the final install of NPSP. Let me know if otherwise.
