Hello all, I have a list of customers we would like to email to. I have a DE that pulls over all our Contacts from Service Cloud. How can I use the list I have to match on an ExternalID to use for the mailing?
So the provide more:
I have the Contact DE that has all the contacts and the ExternalID I need to match on.
I have a list of customers with just the ExternalID.
How can I filter down to get the Contact data just for the Contacts on the list by ExternalID?

When we get a file like this our process is as follows.
- Spreadsheet with an ID you were given to email
- Export from SF a spreadsheet of all Contacts with their contact ID and the ID field that is on the spreadsheet we were given
- Match the ID's from each file and then you have a file that has the contact ID and just the external ID from your spreadsheet you were given
- Upload that into a campaign
