I am new to SalesForce, My question is Do I have to have Experience in sales force admin if I need a job ? Cant I just completed the courses and certification. I am windows Admin by profession but I quite fascinated by Salesforce and wanna make a Career here. Also where can I do some free lancing work for sales force admin which will give me some exposure and more leaning in salesforce. Please give me some pointers.
