We have connected WhatsApp directly with Salesforce, installed OmniChannel. Only the WhatsApp messages are not coming in. 

 

Dit we forgot something in the setup?

    Hi Ralph, there is no free Whatsapp application available. We have choosen to use the direct integrated solution of Salesforce itself. Monthly fee has to be discussed with our local Saleforce Rep. 

    The biggest advantage: it's all in Salesforce !

    Another solution is to connect WhatsApp via Whatslly to Salesforce. This connector of Whatslly can be found in de SF App Exchange. Whatch the video in the App Exchange.

    Advantage of Whatslly: look and feel of WhatsApp is exactly the same

    Disadvantage: you need to open a second browser screen and login seperatly from Salesforce.
